Aluminum sulfate is a white crystalline chemical compound with the chemical formula Al2(SO4)3 and the Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) number 10043-01-3. It is produced by reacting newly precipitated aluminum hydroxide with a suitable amount of sulfuric acid. After that, the solution is evaporated and allowed to crystallize.
